This place is definitely a five star business very professional and do very good work. I had them come and install a few doors for me and the whole process went great. I definitely will be using them again in the future very competitive and reasonable prices and very good service.

Absolutely awesome. Tom worked hard came up with an alternate solution for the "eye" mechanism. Our garage is 30 yars old. Just the best company ever. !!! Prices are reasonable and the gal that answers the phone in the office, she is so helpful and so nice. I'd give them a 10 plus!

They got here as planned , made the repairs, and made sure everything was operating properly. I am very happy with the service and the price.

My Garage is uniquely short, which poses a challenge for a garage door track. Tri-County came up with a clever design to make it work beautifully, though. I had a second challenge of an obstructed path for an opener. They were able to modify an opener to work around the obstructions. A smart, thorough crew. They maintained good communication throughout scheduling, arriving, and completing the work.Something to keep in mind though: They may tend to lean toward a lean budget. If your priority leans more toward longevity, let them know upfront that you would like to consider appropriate hardware upgrades. For instance, my vinyl trim didn't hold up against direct sunlight very well on year one. Aluminum would have been a better option from the start, but they may have been reluctant to offer it because it was more expensive. It wasn't a big deal in my case. They came back to inspect my issue under warranty. At that time, we decided to pay for an upgrade to aluminum.They were a pleasure to work with, and now we have a reliable seal. Thanks!

Love the doors installed but was expensive. However, trim work was slow for the price per hour. Would not recommend trim by these installers.
