The door technician was excellent both professionally in diagnosing the problem with the old garage door. He recommended a new garage door opener and had the old one torn out and a new door opener installed in about a hour. They installed a Liftmaster opener and hardware on my heavy 1970s Clopay door back in 2015, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I had R&R come over for minor service on our garage doors. Appointment was made a few days in advance so I was very happy that it happened that quickly. I was quoted up front on the cost. The tech called me with his ETA and showed up right on time. Outside of the tech letting me know he was here and when he was leaving I didn't know he was here. Very courteous tech. Work performed was as quoted and our garage doors work better than new. Invoice came as quoted. I highly recommend them

Cody came on time, explained to me what was wrong, gave me the lowest-cost option to fix my problem (garage door wouldn't close), and did the repair in short order. He did some extra work I asked for and gave me tips on how to care for my door properly to extend its life. He was very friendly and personable, and didn't try to sell me anything.What I also appreciated was that when I made the initial call to R&R, the nice lady who answered tried to work with me over the phone to fix my problem for free, so I wouldn't need a repair person.These are honest folks.
