I called Geis to have the gasket at the bottom of the door replaced. Bill called and arrived exactly when he said he would. I had a couple of questions, which he took as much time as needed. I was grateful he was honest and patient. Installed the gasket and then took time to explain how and where to keep the door properly lubricated. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me keep my garage door in top working order. I cannot recommend Geis enough. Great install originally and great help maintaining the door. Bill was the best, polite, honest and just plain nice. Geis is the best.

We could not get out of our garage in an emergency situation, and we called for support. They were extremely friendly and great to work with. Cary arrived in record time, and helped us get out when we needed to move quickly. He did a great job, fixing the doors and giving us suggestions for keeping them working well. Hopefully don’t have to work with them again anytime soon, but if I do, I know I will have a good experience.

We had Geis Building Products to our home to fix a broken garage door. They were prompt, thorough and efficient on site. The repair was made and they provided maintenance on the garage doors as well. Everything is operating smoothly again and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for a great experience!

Coming here to give MIKE 5 stars. We have been in our house for 20 years, We have installed garage doors from guys we’ve installed probably two different garage door openers over the last 20 years. Of course, our coils have broken over the years and have had many people come out to repair them. We’ve always been very satisfied. But this last time I feel Deserves a special review because mike was exceptional. We had a coil break back in June Called and of course someone came out quite quickly to fix it. We were so grateful. But unfortunately, the other garage door coil broke in October. This time mike was sent out. Mike took so much time was so extra thorough and realized a few more things were needed than just a coil. Not only that he checked the garage door that was done in June and said those coils needed an adjustment or some change of some sort Due to the heaviness of that door. He alerted me to everything and then offered to come back at 6:30 in the morning the very next day to make sure everything was done correctly. His knowledge, integrity, his honesty, his hard-working attitude….. All of it was so impressive! We are so so grateful we had the chance to have Mike work on our garage doors and wanted to let guys know what a stellar employee they have. Thank you, mike!
