We were very pleased with the prompt service. The spring on our door was replaced. We called Sunday night thinking no one would answer. We were surprised they answered. They took all our information down on Sunday night. By Monday morning at 1100am. Shay was here fixing our door. We can't thank you enough for the great service.

I cannot express my gratitude to odu for helping me with my garage door today! They were to my house within a few hours and immediately fixed the problem! They also got me set up with a new garage door opener and a keypad! Other companies told me we would need to replace the entire system, costing a minimum of 4-5k! Odu was in and out within an hour, with INCREDIBLE customer service from our tech. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great service and awesome staff! Was thrilled to get a technician out to our home the next day. Our technician was friendly and quick to replace our springs and completed routine maintenance for us.

After having two other companies come out to figure out why our garage door was jerking so bad when it opened, your tech knew immediately that it was an easy fix to clean the rubber seals around the door. The other companies told us we needed new openers and/or doors. I wish I remembered the name of your tech because he was awesome. You will be the only company we call in the future.
