Jake was easy to work with, knows his stuff and is very helpful. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision and we love the outcome. The crew arrived when scheduled and took care of business. I stopped in quick to see if all was going well and I had cleared enough space for them. They were friendly but also focused. I was very happy with the overhead door work by Fox Valley Overhead Company, Inc. The timing was great and the workers that came to my house were very friendly and did exactly what I needed. It was done quickly - and done really well. That was great. I certainly recommend the company!!

We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Fox Valley Overhead Door on 8/22/24. As we were getting ready to move out of our home (needed to be out by the next day), our garage door broke. I called Fox Valley Overhead and the receptionist responded with a “ we can help you today” answer and sent 2 young gentlemen over to fix the door that afternoon. Upon their arrival, they were quick to identify and fix the problem right then and there. It was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also want to acknowledge the receptionist that took the initial call. She was professional, kind and wanted to get us the service we needed. This was so refreshing as in this day and age, customer service isn’t always pleasant or very helpful. I would highly recommend Fox Valley Overhead Door.

Excellent service start to finish! Jake listened to what I wanted, offer helpful suggestions and was very easy to work with. The installers were amazing! They had to deal with a difficult to remove door but made it look easy. They were fast and professional. If you need a garage door or door service use Fox Valley Overhead Door!

We finally ordered new doors and took a chance on a new door style and color to enhance our homes appearance, and check it out…. Looks awesome! Also love the windows! Thanks Tim for the recommendation and the installation team for their great work and attention to detail! We just love these doors!
