Wonderful service, they didn't think they could get to us on Tuesday but finished early and came right over and were done fixing door in an hour. Price for work is extremely reasonable, was amazed actually at how reasonable it was. Thank you, we will definitely be calling you for all our garage door needs in the future.

I called them on a Tuesday morning at 7:45. I was at work and didn't think they would say they could come the same day. But they could and asked if I could just leave a back door unlocked.i also had to leave car keys for car that was caught in garage because spring was broken. They moved car, left keys, and locked up after. Even called to let me know they were done and that house was locked up. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They only reason they even get a 2 star is because the work was done. The guys that came out were quick, they got the work done correct and the garage door spring replaced. The owner on the other hand, the man that calls you on the phone with threats to come to our house and a nasty attitude is terrible business and shouldn't be aloud to touch a phone or talk to customers. Yes they sent me a bill and yes I did forget to pay it for a few weeks due to me having a high risk pregnancy. I called him and told him this and apologized still nasty on the phone. I went into labor early with complications and was in the hospital, he was still calling and leaving nasty voicemails, it was so bad to the point where I made my husband leave the hospital as I was not in good shape to just go pay him to get him to stop. I will never again call them, I will tell anyone who asks to beware of there terrible customer service and the owner, and highly recommended they look else where for help with any of there garage door needs.

Great service. Highly knowledgable. Prompt. Very reasonable prices. Long story: Garage door was askew Sunday night. I called at 7 AM Monday morning. Service was at my door by 8:15. Fixed & gone by 8:45. And, he found other problems with my garage door that I would have never seen. Less than 100 dollars spent, but worth every penny. Next time I have any garage door needs, I will call Wagner.
