If I could give them 10 stars I would. Such a friendly group of people. My tech "OC" carefully looked at everything regarding why my garage door was acting up. He showed up on time, sent me a video showing me it was fixed, and made some recommendations. They could have charged me a lot more for what they did, but they were very kind. They are my garage people for life! All of their reviews are 5 stars. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews - they're all in reference to an unscrupulous company that has a similar name. Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service is legit. After being in business so long, they really know what they're doing. Thanks guys!!!Please pay no attention to the morons who can't get the name of the business right when they write poor reviews. This is Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service, not Rocky Mountain Garage Doors. Rocky Mountain Garage Doors is the business that's ripping people off, not this company. If you're going to post something negative that's permanent, make sure you have the right company first.

ATTENTION: I'm in an agreement with a lot of people that posted on this site about a fraudulent company. I'm not sure how there are two companies identically named or very similar but “Rocky Mountain Garage Doors” is doing poor business practice. I see an individual posts that his business is legitimate and if thats true then do something to separate yourself. Too many people have been affected by this problem.I contacted Rocky Mountain Garage Doors. They have yellow and blue mountains on their logo and their phone number had two 4's in it from what I remember. I would put it on here but my wife threw their information away after our experience.They charge $89 for a service inspection fee. A gentleman showed up and started taking pictures and talking to someone else on the phone in a foreign dialect. It seemed kind of weird but hey I don't know a lot about the garage door business. After 10 min of talking on the phone he said he could "save" me from buying a new garage door by bolting new hinges in place and it would be $300 (just on two panels). Once again due to my limited knowledge I said sure let's do it. After about 15min the gentleman told me that the gap is now too big between the panels and I need a new garage door. I told him I wanted a quote and did not want to purchase a new garage door at this time. He expressed frustration and wrote me the quote. Anywhere from $1300-2500. I hired a local business here in Parker and found out within minuets that this company "Rocky Mountain Garage Doors" is doing shotty work and trying to take advantage of its customers. That gentleman drove a blacked out chevy z71 If I remember correctly.The new business replaced two panels, put in a new spring and checked over all my components for $850. Good luck!

A fantastic experience with Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service. The very nice technician was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Fixed a broken spring on my garage door and even lubricated all the moving parts. My door has never been quieter!
