They have electric forklifts.. propane forklifts. Electric pallet jacks ..hand jacks ..stand up lifts .. rental and sales.. repairs.. they deliver and pick up your truck if it needs service that their technician will not be able to do in the field.. call them if you are looking for a forklift ... they do cover a few states.. have several branches that should be able to cover your needs....

They charge us over $800 just to come give us a free quote for fixing our forklift. The lady in customer service didn't mention that there is charge on a quote when we scheduled free quote with them. I don't trust them for fixing our forklift anymore because from the beginning try to take advantage from us.

Purchased a lift for almost $40k.Several weeks ago we called in a warranty service call due to it throwing several codes.I spoke with their service coordinator.Who stated I should be seeing someone either Monday or Tuesday.A week had passed so I called back. Another gentleman stated we are way down their list.Two weeks later, no calls, no emails.I will never buy another piece of equipment from this unprofessional unresponsive group.They give Crown a bad name.JH
