PRECISION GARAGE DOORS & GATES

Ryan at Precision Garage Doors & Gates was outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, courteous, and took the time to explain all of our options. We wanted to keep repairing our unit, He recommend a replacement, but he also LISTENED to us (a miracle these days) and although he did not recommend repairing our old unit, he made every effort to repair our existing gate system, which we really appreciated. We wish we had listened to his honest professional assessment from the get go.When it finally became clear to us that replacement was the better long-term solution, he gave us a direct assessment without any pressure. The installation was completed quickly, he addressed every concern we had, and his communication throughout the process was beyond excellent. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right and HONEST - we highly recommend Ryan and Precision Gates.

Excellent service by Amanda (office) and Dakota (installer). garage doors are beautiful! Everyone was polite, efficient and very helpful. Definitely recommend

Great experience. Cheapest quote I could get with the best ratings. Super helpful. They quoted me just for the panels and did not try to sell me an entire door like the other companies have.

John was an excellent rep for Precision Garage Doors & Gates. From the office and all their kindness and efficiency to John who found the problem with our motor for the garage door he explained so well what it was doing and helped us understand what he could do to replace the motor. He also installed and explained how it works and how much more efficient it is working. We really liked such a wonderful company Precision is.

Excellent customer service, starting with the phone call to the technician's visit. It had been a couple of years since my last professional maintenance and just wanted to make sure everything was good as the garage door was getting loud when raised and lowered, plus the rubber seal at the bottom has seen its lifespan. John provided me with an initial cost, then proceeded. After completion he answered my questions on what to use and how often to lubricate the door's moving parts. All this AND he cleaned up after himself. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors AND GATES.
