LOVE The Gatekeeper. Have been using them for years. Mike G is fantastic. Lisa always pleasant on the phone. Everyone I have recommended them to has been very happy with the quality of work. In the TMI our garage is short and sometimes we make the boo boo of closing the door on our cars...omg, right? Anyway - they are always reliable, in time, kind, reasonably priced, etc.

Our condominium HOA in Malibu used Gatekeeper, so when we moved back to the Valley and our automatic gate broke, we called them. They came the next day. Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the problem clearly. It took him about an hour to fix it. They charged $195 per hour and $1.24 for the screws they used. We were delighted.

The repairs are always completed professionally. Very fair pricing and great communication. What more could you want from your gate repair company. We are in Van Nuys and they always come on the same or next day when we have needed our gate fixed.

Our tech was at our home at the appointed time. Listened and communicated well and promptly fixed our drive gate for a trainable cost.

The gatekeeper is a totally fantastic company-i have been using them for over 25 years-honest-very reliable-fair prices-and excellent work.Michael who services our garage door( which the Gatekeeper impeccably installed)- is wonderful-very knowledgable and a terrific person. Paul is An excellent technician. It’s crazy how intricate these gate machines can be and he seems to understand every last circuit and wire. I’m also really grateful that he left me with a bunch of troubleshooting options in case anything should happen in the future. Top notch company 100%.

I highly recommend these folks. We experienced a couple of issues with our gate which they immediately addressed and sent their best technicians out to fix the problem. One in particular whose name is Paul was incredibly helpful. This man really went the extra mile to explain everything in detail and just got it done. Problem solved. If you’re looking for a new gate or have an issue with an old one, call this company and ask for Randy. He’ll get it done for you like he did for us.
