Kevin and his team are really good at what they do. Gate systems can be tricky and most recently we had a difficult problem to troubleshoot (keypad worked, then it doesn't, then it does, no pattern, just hit or miss) somewhere, but he and his team kept at it trying different things and finally found the bad wire underground and got us running again.He previously helped us big time when a truck bent our gate all up, he found us a welder to rework the gate and get us back to normal.Because they're good, they are busy, but he always gets back to us and tries hard to fit us into his schedule quickly. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.

Regarding Pacific Overhead Door:: From first contact with Andrea in the office, through the installation and completion of our project. We have been more than satisfied with the service. Any concerns or questions we may have had were quickly answered or resolved. Regarding the product: THIS is a nice door.. it operates as quietly, as well as smoothly, as I imagine is possible. Installation was made "painless" for me and my wife; Mathew's work was quick and efficient. (Stand back and watch him go!) When the work was finished, he reviewed operation, maintenence and safety procedures, and said to call him or the office if I were to have any questions, anytime!
