My repair technician at Access Garage Door was Jase, who was very professional, and competent. He clearly communicated with us and advised of the service work perfom,ed on the door. He also made a recommendation, to avoid the issues with our garage door not working consistently, to replace the motor as the best solution. If the problem persists, we will consider going ahead and replacing the motor. He gave us an estimate for the motor and installation in advance so we know exactly what the cost would be.
