Very disappointed in Vortex Doors customer service. We had an double glass door install a little over one year ago for almost $10,000, which we were happy with. The lock on the door stopped working so we gave them a call to fix it only to find out that they cover the parts but not the labor. 1st hour, 400+ dollars & 2nd hour, $200+ dollars. That is ridiculous! You think you would support your customers.

Miguel did a good job fixing our store front door. Vortex has great customer service.

Miguel and I Kevin installed a front door to our robotics lab. They meticulously worked on the fitting, grind down metal extrusion, tested the door open/close over and over for any check imperfection. Miguel went further to show me how the door works and taught me how to operate the Allen lock for frequent open and close.The new door is a great upgrade and I’ve even made a video for other parents of our team.

Vortex did a great job replacing our glass door at Voyager Craft Coffee! The new door is beautiful and most importantly, works like it should. Miguel and Zach were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, used Vortex couple times now for our 2 office locations. Second time was an emergency situation when our big loading zone door got stuck (this was during really bad weather too - it was rainy, windy and cold) and their Customer Service manager Jennifer Audon was so helpful. Deployed help in a very short time, the crew was able to fix the issue before our closing for the day. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dasha
