The door to my business started slamming due to a failed part in the soft close mechanism. I called Industrial Door Company, and they had an appointment 3 hours later. Will came out and did an excellent job explaining the problem and solution in simple terms and repairing the door quickly.I am grateful for how easy this process was from start to finish and how quickly my door was back to normal. We were told it would take some time to receive the materials for the job and they actually received them early so the job was able to be completed earlier than expected. We spent over $200,000 with this company to have four gates installed, and unfortunately, two of them are already not working. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication — there’s been no follow-up from dispatch and no clear timeline on when these issues will be resolved. For an investment of this size, I expected professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability, but so far that has not been the case.
