Rick is very professional and knowledgeable. He never tried to up sale on anything I didn’t need and offered the best solution for my problem. I would definitely recommend Rick and garage medics for any garage repair.

So, I recently purchased a 2 year old house and discovered that, although my garage door opener worked, it would open randomly on its own and sometimes when we weren't home! Yikes!I did a Google search and found a company to come out and assess the situation. They guy who they sent gave off major shady vibes right from the start and without even looking at or testing the system, he told me my aluminum door was too heavy for the existing opener and it would be $600 to $5000 to replace it!I told him I'd have to think about it and sent him on his way.... Then I found GARAGE DOOR MEDICS.I was impressed with their company's mission statement on their website that tells the consumer "We don't recommend things that you don't need". Honesty and integrity go a long way with me.They sent me Rick, one of their techs the very next day. I received confirmation emails and texts re my appointment, and even a mini-bio on our service tech Rick.The initial diagnostic visit is $99 and was definitely worth it. He took his time examining our system and ended up re-mounting the sensors to the walls instead of the rails (where they were previously mounted) thus eliminating the shifting sensors which interrupted the laser connection. So, no more phantom openings of our garage door. He was able to complete this all for just the $99 fee. Super professional and conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly. Will be recommending to our real estate agent as well as anyone else in need of garage door service or repairs.GARAGE DOOR MEDICS AND OUR TECH RICK KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! We had a spring break one afternoon after getting home and closing the garage. I thought the garage door had hit one of the cars before I noticed the spring had snapped. Reached out to Garage Door Medics and had a technician out the next day.Rick was excellent and on-time for our repair. He gave me a quick estimate and explained things along the way. As I have essentially no idea how Garage doors work or what type of springs they require I respected his attention to detail in explaining everything.Rick gave me a quick once over on the garage doors, installed the spring replacement and gave the doors a quick service before he left. Getting the garage fixed this quickly was unexpected and amazing. He mentioned my other door will probably be due for a spring soon but that he could adjust it to get some extra life out of it. I really appreciated the attention to detail. I will be reaching out to Garage Door Medics for any other issues I have in the future for sure.

Called early in the morning due to the fact that our garage door was making a loud sound. they gave me a time estimate from 1-5. Came out, let us know our motor was 20yrs old and going out. Went with a new motor, WiFi and new keypad with camera and had the job done before 2pm. Fast. Efficient, friendly and reliable. Really happy with the service and knowledge. Would def recommend to anyone who needs the job done not only fast but right as well.
