Receiving invoice for them for no solution or next steps provided to fix the swing door - just because I reached out for appointment. Been 6 months and no one willing to resolve the issue - I always get the answer we will get back and no one reverts. Wish I could give a one star - Best avoided

I wish I could give 0 stars. Gate installed 36 hours ago.Special-ordered a gate that is supposed to be EXTRA strong and secure.Waited longer for this super re-inforced high-quality system.Product was installed 3 weeks later than they bid. Work took 4 days more than they stated it would and now the gate broke one day in. When I went to see if I could troubleshoot or reset, I realized just how poor a job the workers had done (panels missing screws, some of the safety screws did not actually lock in, scratches on posts where clearly the installers were less than careful with their work).Per their website, called their 24 hour service and got a message that states they only respond between 7 to 4 on weekdays.So let's recap my experience, the product is not what they represented, the quality of labor is not what they represented, and so far there is no service to speak of.So basically, we have a six figure gate that is wide open, that sounds a screeching alarm every time a car exits or enters the garage and no support from A&D to address the issue.If A&D decides to live up to their hype, I will update my review and keep you all posted.

A&D is completely non responsive and they do not stand by their work. So sad I was hoping they were the answer to our garage security and almost referred them to my neighbors.

They installed a bunch of new gates for me. Everyone was very responsive and helpful, they were reliable, and the communication was perfect. Nice and professional all around. I would highly recommend.

A&D Gate had excellent service, and their technicians really know what they are doing. They have been in business for many years. Whether you need a new install or a repair they can handle it.
