Outstanding! This was the second time that we used Golden Rule Garage Door, the owner visited the first time and one of their technicians came for the second service call. In both instances we received high quality consistent service, the problem was assessed and they clearly explained what needed to be done. In fact, I was provided with options and as a result I was able to get the work completed economically. What really stood out on this second visit was that we had a very urgent need that we wanted repaired immediately. They were able to provide immediate service so our issue was resolved within four hours of the call being placed. This is a professional company with well trained, courteous and efficient staff, I have no issue recommended them to anyone whether for residential or commercial needs.
