The technician Adam came about two hours after my call and I took him down to my golf cart garage as I was locked out and the opener wasn’t working. He promptly was able to get my garage door opener back online. He was here for maybe 20 minutes at most and wanted to charge me $250, I disagreed with his fee and we agreed on 150. This is not very ethical at all.

Think this business is out of business. We prepaid for a garage door over 2 years ago. We're sorry that Lee passed away, but when you own a business, you have a responsibility to your customers. We wanted to give the family time to grieve, and we did, but we haven't had any response from the business to get our money back. Went to the business and it was dark. Didn't have any contact info anywhere. We have sent emails and text messages without any response. Also tried to call, but received "mailbox is full" when we tried to leave a message. Going to have to take legal action.

This garage door company is the best of the best. Great prices, the installation was flawless, and I received fast service. My new garage door is beautiful. The owner helped me choose the style and he was right, it looks perfect with the style of my house. The owner and employees are very nice, friendly, and really care about their customers. You won’t go wrong using this company.

He showed up on time, was very organized, did the install and removed the old door leaving everything cleaner than he found it. I own a rental up in twin peaks. The garage door fell down and was laying on the ground in October. My tenant was still living there and I wasn’t ready to get a new door in case of further damage. Kustom garage doorz came out and was kind enough to put the garage door back up on the track and gave me a quote for a new garage door. When the tenant moved out the following month, Kustom Garage Doorz replaced the door without any hassle. The weather was horrible during the month of November and December. However, the first break of good weather in January my garage door was replaced. It looks amazing. I had a lot of Wood rot and that was replaced as well. Absolutely no problems, the communication was great. And I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend this company.
