UP & DOWN GARAGE DOOR INC

I'm writing this for my Mom. (She doesn't do reviews). Up and down were referred by my cousin. My Mom's garage door was acting up and jumping the track.They were on time for the appointment and took good care of my Mom (who is 84 by the way.) Like what was said before, no up selling. They just fixed the problem and they were on their way. Thank you guys! I refer you to as many people as I can.

Our 25-year old opener finally opened its last time. Seth at Up & Down Garage Doors tried his best to revive it and explained everything clearly, without pressure or sales gimmicks. I had reviewed brands and knew which brand and model I was interested in. Seth had it on his truck and was ready to install! Great scheduling options, early for the appointment, and had the job done faster than it would have taken me to read the “getting started” page- even while conversing with me nearly the whole time! Balanced our door and replaced our rollers for a great price. The new opener is so quiet, the dogs don’t bark anymore when we come home. Pleasure to work with and we’ll be calling Up & Down again when our other door openers need replacing.

A spring broke over the weekend and a friend told me to get a Pro to fix it. Intended to call several for quotes but got a good vibe talking to Tori and she was able to quote me over the phone. She also said that she could get somebody out to me today...WOW! With service like that, no need to call anybody else. Brad arrived within the time Tori advised and started work right away. Easy to see that he knew what he was doing and he replaced both springs and did a minor tune up without even being asked. The garage door works better now than it ever did! Brad answered all my questions while he was working away and was very nice to talk to. Price quoted was exact and was great value for the parts and install. I know who I will call in the future for garage door repairs.

Our original garage door was unable to open, and we had been unable to park our cars in the garage for quite awhile. We called Up & Down Garage Doors, and they were able to come out the same day for an estimate. They were very helpful in pointing out we needed to relocate some pipes to accommodate the garage mechanism, and called a friend in to assist on that portion. They said as soon as we were able to move the pipes, we could move ahead with the garage. It was great, as their friend fixed the problem in less than a couple hours, and we were scheduled to get the doors in at the end of the week.The actual installation of the doors went by so quickly it was impressive. The installer Aaron tore down the old door, installed the mechanism and had everything running by 12 Noon. It looked great, operated quietly and we are extremely happy with the value we received for such a high quality garage door. They are a class act, and we highly recommend them!

I called Up & Down and within a few hours Brad showed up with a good, positive & friendly attitude. Most importantly he did an efficient and professional job. I have called them a few times for many years for similar issues. Every time I was pleased with their work. I remember when it was a one man operation .
