Ace Garage Door & Gate Company is the best! Nichelle E (Office Manager? Owner?) goes above and beyond to be helpful. When other companies couldn't help, she took the time to listen and found a way. Nichelle did what others were unable to do. Richard Penaloza (Installation & Repairs) is knowledgeable, a creative problem solver, and does outstanding work. The completed job exceeded my expectations. With employees like this, I won't go anywhere else.

Richard came out to fix a door opener that had pulled off of its attachment to the wall. He was prompt, friendly, helpful, informed. Also, Nichelle at the front desk was great. I would definitely use Ace again.

Had an emergency with our garage not opening. Called Ace Garage and Gate Co, they scheduled me for an appointment right away. It was extremely convenient and easy to schedule. They arrived to my home within the time agreed upon , while at my home they did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I was impressed on the quality of work performed. I couldn’t be more happier. Our technician, Richard, is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.Update Nov-2023: When my 20 year old garage door opener failed, I requested for Richard to come out, inspect the failure, and provide an estimate. He offered several different estimates, from repairing my obsolete opener to replacing it with a new wall mounted opener. After careful consideration, I moved forward with the wall mounted opener, and Richard did a fantastic job installing it. Once again, he was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had went provided was a satisfied response.
