Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service

Our garage door suddenly stopped closing, and neither the remotes nor the wall unit would operate it properly. Adam from Hansen Overhead Garage Door Service came out and was actually early for the appointment, which was greatly appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the garage door opener, and reprogrammed all of our remotes and controls. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Adam provided excellent communication throughout the service call. Great workmanship, prompt service, and outstanding customer care. I highly recommend Hansen Overhead Garage Door Service and Adam for any garage door repairs or service needs.

Very appreciative of Adam and Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service! We recently moved to Santa Rosa and found their information on the garage doors. Adam made the inspection process straightforward, and the quality of the work was excellent. Friendly, professional, and reliable service. We’ll definitely be using them for any future garage door needs!.

I highly recommend this local, family run company for garage door needs. Matt was so very polite, efficient and knowledgeable when diagnosing the problem I was having with my garage door. Not only was he able to fix the problem, he also performed a thorough check of all the moving parts to make sure the system was working properly. I will be using Hanson for any future garage door needs. Thank you, Matt!

Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service is absolutely the best company to get a new garage door or have an older one repaired. I have had both done by Hanson Overhead Door Service. First came the repairs to old door, then came the old door finally not being able to be repaired after it came off railing and bent rails. Next a newly installed garage door (they have lots to choose from)….one that has Smart controls which allows garage door to be opened remotely through the internet is what I chose. It has battery back up in case of emergency or electricity goes out.The owner and staff are great to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this no company!

I had a broken double garage door replaced with a new door and a new back up battery placed in my opener. From the initial consultation through installation, I found the experience to be easy, seamless and with quick scheduling. Everyone was very friendly, professional and happy to answer all my questions. Many thanks to Adam, Teresa, Matt & Dylan for the great experience. The new door looks great and works perfectly.
