Great first experience!When we couldn’t reach the original company that installed our garage door opener, we decided to contact First Garage Door and Gate Repair. They were incredibly responsive—someone came out to Pico Rivera right away! Jonathan was fantastic—polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I recently attempted to install a Chamberlain belt drive garage door opener myself for my one car garage. About 1/3rd of the way through, I ran into an issue mounting a critical piece to the wall so I attempted to secure it a different way but was unsuccessful so I threw in the towel.Thankfully, I reached out to several businesses and Mike from First Garage Door and Gates came to the rescue within an hour of my message. Mike was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. After about an hour and a half or less, Mike finished installing my new garage door opener, routed all of the wiring, installed the opener button and keypad, as well as the emergency opening sensors. I’m very happy with the work and how quickly Mike was able to finish what I started.I will be referring First Garage Door and Gates to all of my friends and family.
