Rod and Joe were awesome ! They were right on time and prepared to install our garage doors and openers. They were respectful of our property and genuinely concerned how the installation of the garage doors/openers would look. They didn't want to just get it done, they care and installed it like it was their own home. They took the time to explain how they were going to do the installation and listen to our questions and requests. They installed the openers to look clean without the wires just hanging and dangling next to the unit. As a former aircraft technician I had high expectations for quality and perfection. I am happy to say Joe and Rod met and exceeded my expectations, I'm very happy with the doors/openers. WELL DONE Rod / Joe.

The 2 young men, Rod and Joe just finished swapping the garage opener and I was very pleased with their work. They both worked quickly, and efficiently. In between, they patiently answered all my questions and shared tips on the care and feeding for the opener.The work was carried out cheerfully, and without fuss, which is greatly appreciated. Both men represented the company in a positive light and reflects well on its employees.Honestly my first impressions where less than encouraging after the initial phone call. But happily, these guys did a good job and reshaped my opinion. It was a job well done.

Garage door had a left cable fray and caused a code 4-1 (excessive force detected). Performance came out at first available appointment and replaced cable and worked with me on repair cost, as it was outside the 1 year new home warranty, but felt that the cable should last longer than it did!

Performance Sales and install crews are top notch! I have worked with them for many years as a homebuilder and my personal needs. They offer great quality and fair price garage doors . The crews do a careful and skillful install. Warranty is super . If you want new garage doors they offer many options to also include openers .

I damaged my garage door and broke a window on it. Performance B. P. staff was very understanding of my safety concerns with a broken glass and made sure everything was fixed the same day. I am very grateful and highly recommend this company.
