NATIONAL DOOR

I was lucky to have Jason referred to me by a contractor friend for my new construction project. By a long shot, Jason is more knowledgeable than anyone else. He was able to design and scheduled installation through texts & e-mail, we never even had a chance to meet. Everything went perfectly without any hiccup. Micah did a great installation, fast and clean.I used to have 2 other garage companies in my contact list, Jason is my go-to person now, period.

Fantastic experience with these folks -- we converted our garage from two doors to a single double-width door. Jason (sales) came in person to measure and confirm specs before the renovation was done, held onto the doors for a couple weeks until we were ready for the install, then again came out to verify everything bfore the install.Micah (installer) was here as scheduled and did a great job. He has 20 years experience, and it shows with his efficiency and quality of his work.Overall, we're extremely satisfied with both the cost -- less than what we were quoted through Costco's vendor -- and the quality of product and installation. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with my new garage door installation by Micah! He was very professional and an expert in his craft. His attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Garage door repair. Micah was our Garage Door Wizard. Did a great job, knowledgeable very personable, arrived when expected to Cle Elum, made sure everything was in good order, tuned up both doors. Very happy with NDI start to finish. BTW, he likes banana bread !

We replaced our 3-car garage doors recently, and the experience was phenomenal, top-notch from start to finish. Jason met with me in September to provide the quote, and gave me some great advice on selection of doors, color, etc. His recommendations were spot on!Micha handled the actual installation with another gentleman. They arrived precisely on time and were laser-focused and professional. Clean up was incredible and the instructions on the new doors clear and concise. The doors function beautifully and the pricing was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used National Door, and will not hesitate to use them for my garage door/motor needs in the future. Exceptional customer service and follow through in every regard.
