CASCADE DOOR LLC

Josh and Stephen installed my rollup door I purchased from Cascade Door in Cle Elum and I was very satisfied with their work. They worked with me and got the door operating nicely. Well done guys.

I have been using the guys a cascade door for several years. When I purchased my home back in 2014, my garage doors were a mess. They weren’t really the proper size and they were able to get them to work for me. In the meantime I have had several issues with bad rollers and needing some adjustments here and there. They have always been right out to help. Can’t say enough about what great guys they are. I highly recommend them.

Two years ago, Cascade Door LLC replaced a broken garage door cable, opener and remote. Their product was very high quality and the installation, flawless. I kept Cascade's contact information on my fridge. Last month, Cascade Door replaced the other garage door opener, remote, and keypad. Chase and Hunter were prompt, professional, and did outstanding work. I highly recommend Cascade Door LLC for any garage door maintenance, repair, and service. They're the best!

Cascade Door, LLC took great care and installed our new garage door to our complete satisfaction. The original door, ordered from the east coast, was damaged in shipping. Cascade installed that door so that we had a functioning garage door and then promptly ordered a new door from the manufacturer. Our second shipment arrived and was flawlessly installed. We couldn’t be happier! The office staff and installers were all helpful, informative, and very nice to work with throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended!

When one of the cables on our garage door broke one evening, we contacted Cascade the next morning and they were at our house within a couple of hours. "Hats Off" to the crew! They were efficient, friendly and professional. Had us all fixed up quickly and now the doors work better than ever. They will certainly get all of our garage door business from now on.
