Palms Property Services LLC

I have so many wonderful things to say about Palms Property Services that the limited space I have will not allow me to express myself thoroughly.Let me begin by stating that for several years, I prayed for efficient construction workers, and one day Palms Property Services finally showed up. That day was a glorious one. They were unlike any other workers that I have ever known. They came with a welcoming smile on their faces, that says, " We are ready to work for you." They also came with a friendly attitude. This was pleasing and very encouraging. The Palm Services workers are fast and thorough in what they do. They also stay within my budget and keep me updated with the work plan. They are greatly appreciated. Continue the good work that you all are doing for the people here in the Virgin Islands. Stay motivated and true to the cause. Blessings!

I can’t say enough good things about Palms Properties. I originally reached out for help with a different issue, and even though it wasn’t something they actually handled, they still took the time to help me. They could have easily said, “Sorry, we don’t do that,” and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to offer guidance and point me in the right direction in an unfamiliar territory. What really stood out is that they didn’t even know me, yet they’ve helped me with several different things related to St. Thomas and have always been willing to share their knowledge and advice. In a place where local insight and trustworthy people make all the difference, that kind of kindness and willingness to help means a lot. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and take the time to help with no expectation of getting anything in return. That says a lot about a company and the people behind it. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Palms Properties.

Consistently excellent customer service and workmanship. They don't cut corners, show up when they say they will, and are very responsive to emergency requests. They have provided us with knowledgeable advice and service on a range of home maintenance/repair issues including cisterns, water systems, and gutters. Highly recommend!

My experience was great. All the workers who came to help were friendly, respectable, on time and worked until they were done. I was contacted to make sure all went well and when I had a problem with my pump someone came right away. I am grateful to to Palms Property Services for all their help.
