Logan was great we did have to re schedule a couple times due to illness and an installation going long but Logan made up for it . He was attentive and listened to my requests. I work for a national franchisor like to work with a franchise brand company mainly for their warranties and customer service. Precision did the right thing and made good on their install. Yes you will pay a little more but it’s worth it to have top notch service.

Adam Quick is an excellent technician. He explained everything clearly and was thorough and professional throughout the process. Adam is also very personable and a pleasure to do business with.

After calling multiple garage door companies and finding out they couldn't provide timely service. I called precision. They said the could have somebody out to me the same day, Adam showed up at the time the company specified and he provided excellent service in getting my door repaired. I had what they call a hung door because one of the cables came off the pulley. He got the door leveled reinstalled and adjusted the cable and made sure that the door was in the correct position when closed and opened. Adam was polite, explained everything and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision Door for all of your garage door needs.Thanks for the quick and timely service.

Service could not have been better! From the time I called for service until Adam, the tech, arrived, performed needed garage door service and left was within three to four hours... if not a little less. Our housing development was not plowed, let alone our street, after an ice/snow storm over the weekend. With those conditions, Adam faced the challenge... he made it to our home and did the work needed... we highly applaud him! Thank you so much!

Everyone I dealt with at precision was nothing but professional and very helpful. Our tech was Jeremy and both times he came out to our house he was very polite, efficient and kept us up to date on what he was doing. After our service I reached back out to precision for extra documentation needed by our insurance company and they were quick to reply and help me get what I needed. I cannot recommend them enough!
