I just want to sing the praises of your technician Jack. It was so amazing to see such confidence and knowledge. He came out this afternoon and took charge of the problem and had the solution within a few minutes. How refreshing to work with such a seasoned professional. What had been diagnosed as a need for a new motor ending up being a much simpler fix. He should be recognized as an asset for his professionalism and his skill.

We used Apple Doors for a new garage door installation and their service and product exceeded expectations- a beautiful result. Our technicians Jack and DQ were outstanding- excellent and professional- we were so pleased with the entire experience.

I wanted to share my thanks to Jake B and Jack who fixed my door in record time and were so courteous. They arrived early, gave me a 40 minute heads up when on the way (always appreciate that so I can plan), and did an excellent job. Thank you to both of them!

I truly hate to leave bad reviews, but this is the only way to learn and improve. Our garage doors look and work great so far. Installed end of last year 2024. They returned in early SPRING to install the installation around the doors, but for some reason they didn't take an account of what stock they had, as when they arrived, they realized they did not have enough to do the job, so they said they would be back when they get the supplies. I have not seen or heard from them since. This is now the middle of JULY. It is bad customer service not to call or send an email to give your customers updates on their services that were paid in full.

Jack and Jake did a fantastic job. Both knew what was to be done and wasted no time in installing my door. Very professional and polite. My door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job they did.
