PRECISION GARAGE DOOR VA BEACH

I had the best experience ever with Percision Door Service today. They (JEREMY) showed up right on time! I received an advance email with his name and picture so I knew who was coming! He introduced himself and went right to work. He said it would take 3 to four hours. He worked continuously until completed. It took about 3 hours! He explained how everything works, how to perform maintenance on the door and stated I could call them to do the maintenance if I needed. This door is the quietest garage door I've ever heard. Jeremy went over the operation of entire door with me including the remotes, and safety items. He then proceeded to tell me he was able to seal the door with the standard garage door package and didn't need to charge for the custom work we thought we needed. He took over $200 off the bill! I'm so impressed I'll be glad to answer any questions if someone has any! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT JOB JEREMY!!

Excellent service. Receptive technician (Sean C.) was very amenable to my questions, suggestions, input to help resolve my concerns with opener. I ended up getting a new one! And although the two hour service call ended up lasting about five hours, Sean was neither deterred nor dismayed by the job. By far, Sean was an amicable technician who would go to the end of the earth to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction. He even called the next day - his day off, mind you - to provide a resolution to a parting question I asked. Thank you Sean, and Precision Garage Door, for excellent service and repeated satisfaction!

Hi, today Mr. Rob did the work. He is really great to talk to—he explained everything very well, and I had no issues at all. He handled the garage door installation, including the opener and electrical connection; it looks really good—excellent, neat work. He also listens to what you need and is great to deal with.

Chris was outstanding! He took the time to thoroughly explain what happened when our garage door spring broke and walked us through several repair options. We never felt pressured to make a decision, which was a refreshing change of pace. The work was completed quickly, and it was clear that Chris has extensive experience repairing garage doors. After the repair, he did an excellent job cleaning up the work area, leaving everything neat and tidy.We are extremely satisfied with the results and the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door service, and we’ll definitely be requesting Chris again in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Not only was Precision the first to respond when I asked for a free estimate, but they were incredibly fast to schedule and install the door too. I’m so impressed with the quality of the materials and the installation. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
