PRECISION GARAGE DOOR RICHMOND

Brandon was great! Our garage door was very noisy. After hearing first hand the clatter, he discussed a few options with us. We choose a lesser expensive one. Brandon agreed with the choice and got straight to work. After completing the work in the blazing RIC sun, he asked us to ensure it’s what we wanted. It is a completely different door with respect to noise. We very much appreciated the same day service, professionalism of the entire experience and quality of work from Brandon and Precision Garage Door. I’d highly recommend them!

Thank you for making this a great experience. Jodi was so helpful and great to work with. He walked us through the process every step of the way and was always available to take my calls. We love our new garage door and can highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Precision came to my home because I called and asked for the $79 package to look over my garage door and all the components. They took their time and actually showed me and explained the issues my door was having. After going over everything, they gave me 3 different plans of attack. I chose the one that overhauled my door and got a new opener. I thought the price was fair. After I agreed, the tech informed me he could do it all right then! That was cool. Now I have a lifetime warranty on everything they did. I felt much better not having to worry about it. Very friendly and very fast! Would 100% recommend.

I received excellent service. Brandon was friendly and professional. He explained my options to prolong or replace the functioning of my 20 yr old door motor. I decided to replace the motor and lift mechanism and am very pleased with my decision. The installation was done at the time of the initial consultation. The new motor and chain combination is so quiet and smooth and has a life time warranty. I’m thoroughly impressed with this company and highly recommend. Thank you

Jody and Sam were amazing! Jody came out for the estimate and was so honest and easy to work with. Then he and Sam came for the install and the doors are so nice and QUIET! They were so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
