Getting an initial appointment was easy. Steve arrived on time and was able to diagnose pretty quickly. Wasn’t your typical pushy-sales rep. Great guy to talk to, as well.Greg did the install - he was very polite and also seemed happy to help despite it being below freezing temperatures. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

The gentleman from A1 garage doors were exceptional. Not only did they install the garage door On our new detached garage, but when I mentioned having issues with the keypad on attached garage, they were happy to take a look, and we’re able to replace it on the spot. Quality work and very pleasant to work.

Our garage door broke last night, I called at 8am this morning. Kelly was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to get a technician out to my house that same morning. Greg, the technician, was very professional, efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. My garage door was fixed before noon! Couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend this company if you need your garage door replaced. We kept putting off getting our garage door fixed/replaced, because we were worried about the cost and how long it would take. A1 Door was fast, very reasonably priced, friendly and so helpful. We are so happy with how our new garage door turned out! Our technician, Donald, took care of everything - even when we couldn’t be there the day of install. When we got back, he explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and left the area really clean. Give this company a call if you have any issues with your garage doors. You won’t be disappointed!

Quick to respond, spent the time to explain the process, great price, fast and seamless installation. Appreciated the additional recommendations and ones that made sense…so I went ahead with them. Original door and opener was very noisy but with new install is extremely quiet. Highly recommended. Already suggesting to another neighbor.
