The spring on our garage door broke last night, and Juan from Vidor came out this morning and replaced the springs and fixed our door. We got fast, professional service at an affordable price. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Vidor Garage Doors. They recently replaced our garage doors and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The product itself is outstanding and the quality is exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, their pricing came in better than everyone else we quoted, which made the decision even easier.Jaden took great care of us throughout the process. He really listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and never once felt pushy or like he was just trying to sell us something. That made a big difference and we really appreciated the honest, helpful approach. If you’re looking for new garage doors, I highly recommend Vidor Garage Doors. Great product, great pricing, and great people.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received for my garage door repair. From start to finish, they went completely above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they fix the original issue quickly and professionally, but they also took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system to make sure everything was working safely and smoothly. They explained what they were doing in a way that was easy to understand, pointed out potential future issues, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care. They didn’t rush the job, made sure everything was perfectly aligned and quiet, and even cleaned up afterward so it looked better than when they arrived. It’s rare to find this level of honesty, workmanship, and customer service these days. If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Juan Vergara from Vigor Garage Door contacted us after we sent out a request for a garage door repair. The bottom panel of our garage door was bent, due to my mother backing into it, years ago. Every time it rained, water was getting into our garage. Another company contacted us as well, they didn’t offer any other fixes, except replacing the whole door. Juan gave us a very cost effective option, which is exactly what we were looking for. He was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day. He was very professional, clean cut, and fixed the door without any issues. We will definitely keep his business card on file for further repairs, if needed, down the road. We appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need or want. He replaced the seal on the bottom of the door, plus added a strut for extra support. He adjusted our sensors and serviced the rollers, and made sure that we were 100% happy with the job he did! Thank you Juan!
