Overhead Doors always deliver, for me. 2 years ago, I moved into my newly built home. The garage door needed adjustments. The technician came, did the job, and was very friendly. When making the appointment, the staff keeps you informed of when the technician will arrive. They always arrive ON TIME!

Ir was easy to set up a convenient time for me to be home. The service man was polite, non intrusive, and knowledgeable. Before he left he made sure my garage door opener was working and that all my questions and concerns were answered. Great job.

The technician showed up when he was supposed to and rapidly figured out what was wrong with the garage door and fixed it for a great price. We are very satisfied. We have used this company in the past to replace garage door openers and have been very placed with that service as well.

Great job! Recognized the spring adjustment was too light, causing my cable problems. Also noticed the home builder also left out the backup set screw on the spring adjuster. Very important as well. Quiet, and smooth like never before! Lastly, the price was reasonable, thanks again O.D.C.

We just had a new garage door installed. The technician that diagnosed everything and did the tear down of the damaged door was knowledgeable and efficient. Brandon, the technician that installed our new door, was super professional and took lots of care in his work. Even the small things like neatly wrapping up the excess power cord and leaving the site spotless show the pride he takes in his work! I highly recommend and will use again if any issues arise.

We are very pleased with the prompt, professional, courteous, and highly competent service we received from David, the expert technician from Overhead Door Company of Waco! The cost was very reasonable as well. While we hope not to need services again any time soon, we sure know who to call if and when we do! Yall suck. I called last Monday morning at 8 am and told the commercial guy just step out and they would called me back when he returned. I called them back Tuesday morning and asked if the commercial guy had stepped back in as I didn't get a call back. She start stuttering and saying let me see what is going on. I told never mind as this is the same crap yall pulled 2 years ago after I had trouble with your crappy install work and had issues. People don't qastes your time with the rude gal in the office answering the phone. Better companies out there to call. Mansfield overhead is who I call now as they are very responsive and care about their customers.I did call Lety and we talked and she figured out why they didn't find me due to order name, however the person answering the phone apparently threw my contact information away. This post is about Overhead doors of Waco. Let said she would remove their post saying I had the wrong place but someone or someplace had to do it and she doesn't know how long it will take.
