Very unresponsive, we had several issues with our overhead doors that took a long time to resolve. We have to constantly follow up and initiate communications with them to get any kind of response. Take weeks to answer emails.

Please avoid this company for your doors. Their technical doesn’t know anything and only suggest you to replace things, multiple times we got charged 600 service fee but unable to repair, and we got it repaired under handyman. Unprofessional and rude customer service

Unsafe driver M478 speeding and weaving through Cypresswood traffic then turned right at Aldine until the dead end then he urned left, at 6:30 AM this morning, in a rush the entire time. Reckless behavior, definitely not a good look for your company or the people you hire. I wouldn’t want him working at my house.

1-2-26 630am Truck #M478Incident occurred on Aldin Westfield road. Driving conditions were extremely dark , low visibility and wet roads.To Start this off with. I was a victim of this company's road rage incident with another vehicle. First thing in the morning, the Sun has not even come out yet, Only the streetlights are the only source of lighting Along with the vehicle headlights and one of this companys utility trucks was driving side by side with another car going under the speed limit. With me and another car behind the truck, I was behind the other car. Third in row in line with the truck, the utility truck, would get a little head of the other car to the left of it then would slam on the brakes and brake, check the car behind it. Which under my impression was highly illegal, not allowing the car to pass in between them and when it got to a point where he was driving too slow and traffic started piling up behind me as well as the other card to the left, he sped up and then out of nowhere turned on 4 to 6 utility. Highly bright Lights facing backwards at all, the cars, blinding all of us. I could not see the car to the left of me nor the one in front of me. When the lights finally turned off, I was inches from the car in front of me and I had a slam of my brakes as well as notice to the left of me the car in the left hand lane was in my lane coming towards me, because they could not see neither, I ended up going off the road. And was literally inches from a multi car pileup. As well as a million dollar lawsuit. In my opinion, the driver needs to be arrested for His criminal activities With his reckless driving especially when driving a 6000 pound utility truck should have better drivng abilities and never have no ill Intentions whatsoever of causing dangerous road rage incidents with smaller vehicles for no reason whatsoever.... I hope the car in front of me. The one that was actually directly behind the utility truck Does press some type of criminal charges against that driver.
