KTM came out this morning within one hour of me calling, not only that it was during a flash flood watch and the weather was crazy. This company explained the problem with my garage door and fixed several issues it had. The technician was nice and friendly and honest. The price was affordable and I will never use another garage door company EVER. Thank y’all so much for the extraordinary service.

My garage door broke on a Sunday, so I called KTM Monday morning. By 4:00 pm my garage door was back to perfect working condition. The quote was spot-on with no surprises. Great guys — friendly, professional, and fast. Highly recommend!

Impressive response time and end result. Called at 10 am to ask for an estimate, gave some details and who I spoke to gave me a good idea of what to expect and what could be the issue, was reassuring they'd be able to help. Agreed to the service fee which included thorough inspection for the problem and some maintenance. A service man was at my house a couple of hours later. Found the problem, fixed it and only charged for that issue with the service fee. In the end, my garage door was fixed, sounds so much better than before, and only paid a little over a $100 vs the competitors who gave me estimates of up to $2000 to replace the entire mechanism, which wasn't even the problem. Glad I called my original garage door installers from years prior to fix my issue! Fast and reliable service.

KTM again came through again for my family. Driveway gate beeped three times this morning and I believed the battery was dead. Called KTM before they opened. Left message. Called me right after they opened. Came out (same day!) and made it all good again…2nd home that I’ve owned with driveway gate that I have entrusted with KTM…and last year they repaired the “main spring” on very heavy custom garage door and have had zero issues…Great work, reliable technicians, and today was no different than before they did not just “fix” the problem - they first made sure that I needed the battery replacement or was there something more. There was more and they addressed that issue and I went ahead and had them replace the battery (even though not absolutely needed per the Technician) but out of an abundance of caution and for my family - it was replaced. Great work and thank you.
