Excellent service and very kind technicians!

I worked in a building where DH Pace installed a parking arm. The gate rarely closed and I felt unsafe. My car was even broken into. This company cannot be trusted.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company (specifically Denise Franklin, Shaketha Lafleur, and Thena Buckley) are completely incompetent.To recap: they installed a parking arm that broke within a year (arm stuck in the up position), committed to coming out and fixing it under warranty, missed the appointment with no communication, then said it would be thousands of dollars to fix and that warranty did not cover the fix. The quote that they provided was 2x what TEXAS ACCESS WORKS charged, then when pressed on it, they screened my calls and don't reply to emails. While they were screening my communications, the entire parking arm base detached from the ground due to the weight of the arm being stuck in the up position for so long and strong winds.This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I work in a service industry. DH Pace is a joke, and with lazy employees like this, will continue to go downhill.
