ABC Doors has always been our go-to company for garage door installation, service and repairs. Everyone there is friendly and professional over the phone and offers the same great service in person. Most recently, ABC Doors handled a broken coil replacement for my garage door. Michael came out to my home promptly after I contacted the company and made it possible for me to use the door while I awaited a new coil and its installation. The very next morning, RJ and Christian came out to make the repair. Michael, RJ, and Christian were all very friendly and professional during their respective service calls to my home. It is quite evident to me that ABC Doors and their employees proudly go above and beyond to take great care of their clients.

I hired ABC Doors to replace my garage door torsion springs and opener/motor and I had a good experience. The price was reasonable, they came out quickly, and they were easy to work with (showed up on time, called when they were on their way, did what they promised, etc.).Last year my neighbor used them for a garage repair. I took advantage that their technician (Steven) was in the neighborhood and asked him to inspect my garage door to see if it needed maintenance. He inspected it for free, said it was in good shape and didn't recommend any work. He could have charged for the inspection or tried to sell me services I didn't need, but he didn't do that (which I appreciated).I didn't have any of the issues mentioned in the negative reviews.

Great experience with ABC Doors. We had an old driveway gate that had been having intermittent issues. James replaced our driveway gate system and got us up and running again. I’m so glad that my friend told me that ABC doors services driveway gates!

Horrible communication over the phone. Person did not even try to understand what we wanted. Not sure how this is running business with such a bad customer experience. Person answered the phone with "yes" not a "hello". Next, I tried explaining the job, a roll up garage door for a restaurant. He said "we can't help you, thank you". Sound like he had a bad day. But please don't pick up the phone if that's the case.

Scary experience form ABC Door- Houston technician. He comes to check the door height, finds a slight adjustment requirement on side sensor, he does that, and asks for $156. I said, this was supposed to be a free assessment visit. He says, "you cannot get free service"; damages the sensor further and runs away. First time ever such a scary experience from a service provider that they can dare to damage your property if you don't meet their demand to money! Beware and be safe, guys!
