Joseph was great. Gate safety eye repair/replace. Friendly and he sure knows his business. I thought I could do this work but I had the wrong parts and tools. He knocked it out quickly and with a smile in 100 degree sun.

Our gate controller needed work. Helou Technical Services responded promptly, got us operational the same day, ordered components for a permanent fix and seamlessly installed the new components when they came in. I highly recommend Helou Technical Services for you security or technology needs!

Joseph came to our clinic to help with a quick simple fix with our cameras but ended up rewiring cords through the ceiling to fix the Internet on a computer that couldn't keep an internet connection. He always goes above an beyond for us even with surprise issues that turn up. Thank you Joseph!!

Joe arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He explained my options regarding security cameras/alarms thoroughly in a way I could understand. He was professional and up-front with the costs involved.
