CROWN LIFT TRUCKS

Their technician damaged our truck while performing battery maintenance. Although they repaired it, they issued us a bill for approximately $2,000.00. Since we believe the damage was caused by their technician, we have repeatedly voiced our concerns through phone calls, emails, and even direct conversations with the headquarters' accounting representative. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive any formal response from the company. Our trust in them has been shattered, and our appeals for assistance have been met with indifference and dismissive responses. We are deeply disappointed by how they treat a small business like ours, especially as the finance charges on the bill have now grown to an additional 40% of the original amount.

I have been trying to get a service call for over a week. Every time I call, im told they will be here the next day. Every time, they haven't shown up.I dont recommend buying from this company. The after the sale service is not good.This still has not been resolved. What do you have to do to get service from this company.I can't wait for their sales rep to contact me again.

Pain in the A$$ to get parts. Called 3 different times today, even transferred to the Parts Manager where I got voicemail. I spent 30+ minutes to hear you must have an account, takes a couple of hours to set up. Counter guy says, Just like everybody in America, we are understaffed, there are only 2 of us here. Bad look for Crown.I had the part number, it should have been a simple transaction. What a waste to be so close and I have to drive to other cities to get parts!

Crown is a top of a line lift and this place is the same. When people tell you they were trained there, they say that cause industry wide, the name says quality. Super nice folks, that won't leave you stranded without offering a hand.

I have got to say this company is your one stop shop for all your Forklift & Dock & Door repairs!!!!!!
