At your Cherokee location the employee with the tattoos at your counter is very unprofessional and rude I was referred to this location but I'm choosing to shop elsewhere

The workers in the counter sales department were rude and not helpful. It was obvious that they did not want to help us find a part and had very little knowledge of their own stores products!

Great service and free food they really treat their customers right

Ferguson has always been an excellent place. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to every one
