RITE RUG NASHVILLE

Moving into a new house 2.5 yrs ago, our realtor recommended Rite Rug for new carpet. We purchased top line carpet at top dollar, that has turned out nice. Install is another issue. After 1 yr we noticed raised loose areas in multiple places. It worsened over the next year and I called Rite Rug for remediation. They sent a ‘Quality Control Representative’ who said the carpet needed stretching. I received a text 2 days later saying it would cost $545. I didn’t respond. No way should I have to pay the same company more money to fix their initial shoddy work. Another carpet guy tells me that the initial job probably was only ‘knee kicked’. This is a large room that should have been stretched with a power stretcher. I personally spent today fixing it myself with a stretcher from Home Depot. Spent over $6000 initially, and then had to fix it myself. If you buy from these people, the carpet itself is fine, but make sure they do a PROPER install. Better yet, find someone else.

Vickie was awesome. The carpets look great and the work was done well. 5 rooms In one day, and very well done at that, with edges well sealed and cannot even see any seams!

Matthew Williams was very helpful and allowed me to take multiple samples to make sure the color I was choosing complemented the LVP I had recently installed. Price cannot be beat! Installation crew was friendly and professional, on time and did an exceptional job! I am very happy with my purchase.

Had a very pleasant and transparent experience with Larry and his guy he used Marlin. Everything was clearly explained about my hardwood floors, and all of my questions were answered. Clean up was very good and nothing was damaged. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely use RitteRug for future home improvement projects.
