I do not leave many reviews (good or bad)I couldn’t be more thankful for Merritt Garage doors. I called in because my wife couldn’t get her car out of the garage because the door would raise up and then stop. All their service techs were on jobs already and the owner himself came out got the door open for her and found the issue. I had a prior issue with the garage and a different company come out a year ago quoted me a new door (that I didn’t need) and try and make money off me. Not this company he showed me the issue personally and fixed it for a fair price.If that’s how the owner goes about his business, I 100% recommend and trust his services. Thank you again.

They gave prompt service and a fair price. Well pleased with the entire experience! Everyone was very courteous and professional. Justin/installer did a great job!!!

Technician was at my house day after I called the company. He was on time and called approximately 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way.He was professional and polite. Took time to describe the problems with my garage door and explained what could be done before completing any work. I would use this company again in the future. Highly recommend them.

I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could because they surely deserve it! We have 121 dock doors and 2 full size roll up doors at our 700,000 square foot building that operates 364 days a year. When they don't operate it puts us in a bind very quickly. Time is costly in our business and we can't waste any. Which brings me to my point, I met with TJ and his associate to hear his story and the offer his services. After thr meeting we shook hands and he said give us a try when you need something done. I thought, gee, he sure is willing to show his commitment to his word and prove it, ASAP.3 weeks later I did call and ask for service work to be done, they gave me a time range they would be here and they were. The two techs introduced themselves and to my surprise were very polite and eager to hear my needs. They explained what they needed to do and went to work, I have used them now 3 more times and nothing has changed at all. This company is solid and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

The team at Merritt have been responsive and helpful every time we have needed them. Excellent service and products. We will always call Merritt for our garage door needs.
