DOORS UNLIMITED LLC

Jerry takes pride in his company, and well he should. The doors are beautiful, the price was competitive, and they are QUIET. I had a special order door. He warned me it would take a few weeks to come in, and when it did, they were quick to do the work, letting me know what to expect the whole way through. I’m happy I went with Doors Unlimited.Edited to add: Get the windows! Even though it cost more, I wanted the windows because I thought they were pretty. However, they’re especially nice in that they allow natural light into my garage. I used to avoid going down there at all costs, because it was kind of creepy and dark. But not with natural lighting! Now it’s as if I have an additional room in my house. I’m so glad I went with windows.

We have used Doors Unlimited in the past and have always received excellent service. Today, we needed a repair on a garage door that we had bought from one of the big box stores and had been installed by someone recommended by them. It was not properly installed and had several issues. We contacted Doors Unlimited and spoke with Jerry. He sent someone out to our home immediately. I feel confident that the problems have been addressed and am super pleased with the prompt service. I believe it is also commendable of them to service a door that had not been purchased from them. After the repairman left, I received a phone call from Jerry asking if we were happy with the service. Yes, we certainly are and we highly recommend this wonderful locally owned company.

These guys did a great job. There prices were reasonable - they know the business - 50+ years doing this. They ordered the door - received it and had it installed in about 3 weeks. Installation took about 3 hours - including removing the old door, installing the new, and helping set the garage door opener. Great follow through from ordering to final sign off. Highly recommend these folks!

My experience with Doors Unlimited in Johnson City was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I made the first phone call, their customer service was top-notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect garage doors for my home.To my delight, the doors arrived earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. The installation team was nothing short of amazing—professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. They took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly, and they left the area spotless. It was clear they take pride in their work. The best part? My new garage doors are not only beautiful, but they're also incredibly quiet. The old, creaky doors are a thing of the past, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Doors Unlimited exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality garage doors and outstanding service!

Four new garage doors & openers look and work great. Installers were courteous and finished in 5-6 hours. Everything was cleaned up when they left. The price was very reasonable for what we received, upgraded insulated doors & quieter belt drive openers. We're satisfied and recommend to others.
