What a joke! Super friendly and attentive service on the phone to begin with. Unfortunately, at no point was I told any prices. But apparently, there is a $25 trip fee on top of the $75 an hour or is it $75 a half hour charge -to just come look at my door. When I called to get clarification on the unitemized billing the lady initially said $75 an hour until I said your guy was here for twenty minutes. Then she restated yeah $75 for a half hour. Plus the bottle of lube I got charged for that they did not leave with me. Speaking of the lube, where is it? She told me they would drop it off today. $110+ tax for their guy to be here for twenty minutes, push a button, and lube my door track. A trip charge for being in Brookings going to a house in Brookings from a different job in Brookings is absolutely ridiculous and just plain shitty business!

They were really quick, very professional, and affordable. Very pleased. I would highly recommended them over any other garage door company. They were also cheaper than any other garage door company I found.

Very poor installation. I got a new garage and motor. They didn’t replace the multi decade old wire and the garage quit working the first day. After they fixed that issue, I noticed nuts and bolts on my garage floor. I didn’t know what they were from until I had a wheel on one of the guides fall off a couple months later.

I’ve had Joel work on my doors before. Once was an emergency service when it was 10 below and door panels were damaged. They were out w/in the hour.On my new building, fair price and the quickest company to get them installed. They look great too!I’d recommend Young Garage Door.
