Expensive, but super fast same day service and the entire job (which was somewhat technical) took less than an hour. With two babies and two working parents we need access to our garage. Very pleased overall. From start to finish with appt confirmation to approval of jobs to be done, and final condition found report and invoice. It was a great experience. I could have done the research and done this myself, but you sometimes have to ask yourself… what is more valuable? Your time or money or both, but you have to weigh it where it matters. Thank you for the excellent professionalism! My wife dealt with this while I was at work, and the technician didn’t steer her towards more pricey options. He had recommendations for preventative maintenance and cheaper ways to do minor repairs myself. Also got a good military discount!

Nate, our technician, was fabulous: knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. He & the co. took care of our issues right away...we didn't even have to wait even though we ended up needing a whole new garage door opener system. Price was more than fair; they even waived the initial fee usually charged to send someone out just to look & advise what's wrong. Definitely recommend! (I honestly only wish they could help with issues related to getting the camera that comes with the new garage door opener properly set & functioning with the app.) Zero complaints. Great all-around service.

This company went above and beyond! They were a shining example of customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire working life, this is important to me. I’m sure their entire team is amazing but if you are lucky enough to get Dustin as your tech, you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands!The process started with trying to fix the motor we had. Dustin went the extra mile to try but it was an outdated motor. He explained everything clearly and gave quotes for multiple options. Once we decided to move forward with installing a new system, it was very easy to call and get everything setup using the quotes he had give us. Once the equipment was in, scheduling was a breeze and Dustin had the new equipment installed within an hour. No disruption to business. 5 stars all around!

He discussed all the options available in a very understanding way, reviewed the prices with the wife and I and decided which service was best. He made the entire service while he was here. Mike and Nate did a fantastic job with the installation of my new garage door. My door was original from 1992 and was clearly in need of an upgrade. Had problems with the door a week ago and precision came out THAT day to at least help close the door and put it back on track. My technician pointed out the issues clearly and I ultimately decided it was time to start fresh. Not even a week later Mike and Nate were at my door at 8am ready to go. They thoroughly explained the new tech, modifications they made and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Precision Door. We have used them in the past and today's service was just as good. Kaleb called before he came, arrived early within the time window quoted and was very polite and informative. We have a new door on order (no surprise as this door is almost 20 years old) and am sure that the installation will be done efficiently and in excellent fashion. Spring broke in half on our 21-year-old garage door on Thursday after hours. Made an online appointment with Prestige to come assess on Friday. Brent texted he could come earlier than original appointment. Pleasant articulate young man arrived, assessed the problem, and gave us three option quotes: 1) replace only the necessary parts with a 1 year warranty, 2) complete a hardware overhaul (spring, rod, cables, anchor hinges, nylon rollers) with lifetime warranty (+$400), or 3) complete a hardware overhaul plus a few additional things and install a heavy duty belt-driven opener with all the bells/whistles (+$1600). We went with option 2. Brent had everything on the truck he needed for the overhaul and two hours later he was done. Door works great, opens smoother and quieter than ever, and less than 24 hours after it broke our door is working and we have peace of mind with that limited lifetime Warranty. Excellent response, workmanship, and service. Could we have gotten the same work for a better price? I have no idea – all I know is the work was done promptly,professionally, and well. Things wear out and it’s good to know you can still find responsive, reputable companies who employ good people to do good work for a fair price and without a hard sell. A+++

Came to the rescue when we discovered our commercial garage door for our hay shed failed due to another company installing it incorrectly. not only were they able to temporarily repair it for us to keep it working until permanent repairs could be made, but they also did finalize the repairs in a very timely and professional manner.
