This company went above and beyond! They were a shining example of customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire working life, this is important to me. I’m sure their entire team is amazing but if you are lucky enough to get Dustin as your tech, you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands!The process started with trying to fix the motor we had. Dustin went the extra mile to try but it was an outdated motor. He explained everything clearly and gave quotes for multiple options. Once we decided to move forward with installing a new system, it was very easy to call and get everything setup using the quotes he had give us. Once the equipment was in, scheduling was a breeze and Dustin had the new equipment installed within an hour. No disruption to business. 5 stars all around!

David Alexander was prompt and professional. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived. He discussed all the options available in a very understanding way, reviewed the prices with the wife and I and decided which service was best. He made the entire service while he was here. Very pleased with Precision Door.

Precision was very quick to come out and fix my garage door. My technician, Dustin Harlow was timely and courteous and took the time to explain and provide several options and estimates for repair. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Mike and Nate did a fantastic job with the installation of my new garage door. My door was original from 1992 and was clearly in need of an upgrade. Had problems with the door a week ago and precision came out THAT day to at least help close the door and put it back on track. My technician pointed out the issues clearly and I ultimately decided it was time to start fresh. Not even a week later Mike and Nate were at my door at 8am ready to go. They thoroughly explained the new tech, modifications they made and answered all my questions.
