Staff was personable, punctual, professional. They made me aware of who the technician would be prior to his arrival with a photo text. My repair was seamless! Exceptional service from my quote to the finish!

Our garage door picked Friday night to quit working. I called one company that said they would be over in 10 minutes and never showed up and didn’t answer the phone when I called back. When back to Google to find Precision Garage Door on the list. Gave the number a call. Spoke with a very nice woman who scheduled me for an appointment the next morning (on a Saturday). We got a text confirming our appointment. Saturday we got another text once again confirming our appointment time along with the name and picture of our technician. We then received a call from the technician telling me when he would show up. He showed up when he said. Yeah!! He then talked to us about the process, did his inspection and gave us quote. We agreed to the work and he got to business making the repairs. In less than a couple of hours we are back in business with a working garage door! Michael Marro was awesome! Highly recommend him and this company!!

Someone from this company showed up and quoted me almost $1000 to fix a broken torsion spring. I asked if they would replace just the one, and they said it is policy to replace both. They quoted me at $350 per spring+ labor. He also told me that it is possible that my automatic opener is broken and pushed the button showing me that it wasn't attempting to open the door. He said it would be an extra $800 to replace that as well. So we are up to a possible $1800 fix. I declined the price and on his way out the door he tried to hit me with a service charge. I explained to him, you only charge a service charge when A SERVICE IS PROVIDED. So he tried to charge me for a quote. Absolute thieves. Then I called Overhead Door. When I told the guy at Overhead door what I was quoted by another company the guy on the phone said, "Let me guess, you dealt with Precision". BINGO I said. He then explained to me that these guys work on commission and will basically hit you coming and going.Overhead Door offered to change only one the one spring if I wanted for $125 but recommended I do both so I don't have to call back in a few months and pay double labor cost. They charged me $388 for both springs, including labor. A $600 difference in pricing. He completed the service in 45 minutes. Here is the kicker. He also pointed out that my safety switch was flipped. So my automatic opener WAS NOT BROKEN like the guy at Precision said it was. This guy either flipped it and tried to convince me it was broken, and forgot to flip it back to the working position before he left OR he didn't notice it was already flipped and was too incompetent to notice and just slapped an extra $900 onto the cost.I went from paying anywhere from $1000 to $1800 with Precision to $388 with Overhead Door. Think long and hard before calling these people.I cannot imagine that these reviews are real. I'd be willing to bet they are paying people for good reviews and paying to remove the bad ones.

Walked out of my garage door on a Saturday morning and realized the door was actually coming apart it was so old. Called Precision and they answered and promptly helped me get set up for a service call to make sure my family would be safe coming in and out over the weekend. Michael M. showed up and didn't try to sell me anything, just showed me the issues I had and gave me the solutions available. I did end up going with a new door but my decision was based on the life of the existing garage door (24 years) and aesthetics only, well and my wife. Michael never tried to oversell me and was very helpful to my wife and me in the best door selection for us. All in all, love the service so far and can't wait for our new door. They even did some work to make sure we were safe until the door comes. Great company and the price was incredible, I almost threw my card at him when he told me. Will definitely be referring people here and using them myself from here on out.

We called, made an appointment and were given a 2-hour window that same day. Shortly after, we received a call from Zach, the technician, asking if he could come earlier. Upon our agreement, he arrived within a few minutes. After explaining what was needed, Zach gave us a reasonable estimate to which we agreed. He started work and did exactly what was needed. We were very pleased with the work and his professional demeanor. If we need work done on the garage door again, we will not hesitate to call Precision again.

I’ll be honest — at first glance their pricing seemed a little higher than what you might expect. But after speaking with the technician and getting a full breakdown of what was actually involved, it completely made sense. When my garage door springs broke, I assumed it was just a simple “replace two springs and done” situation. That was not the case. The technician Robert explained that the entire spring assembly needed to be replaced, along with the pulley wheels and cabling to ensure everything operated safely and properly. He also noticed a couple of the rollers on my garage door were going bad and proactively replaced them with upgraded rollers — but still charged me the lower price. That kind of honesty and attention to detail goes a long way. What really stood out was the transparency. Their parts may appear more expensive than what you’d find at a hardware store, but that price includes labor and tax built into the parts. Instead of hitting you with a separate, inflated labor charge, they distribute the cost within the parts pricing. Once that was explained, it made perfect sense. On top of that, the quality of the parts they use is far superior to what you’d typically buy off the shelf, and they back everything with a lifetime warranty. In the long run, that means fewer issues and more peace of mind.Bottom line — you truly get what you pay for. Professional, transparent, and quality work. I highly recommend them.

The technicians came right away and did a fantastic job with taking down the old door and system and installing a complete new one within no time at all. All of my questions were answered and they both were very knowledgeable on the system. I’d pick them anytime for a number one reference!
