Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!! The owner is a very reputable and knowledgeable vendor in our community. My bf Zack has spoken so highly of the company! They do it all! Your go to vendor! They really do amazing work and help every step of the way with ideas, sample pics, design guidance, and truly make your vision come to life…. but better!!! Amazing service all around, Mack did our glass install today in Foxbank and he really impressed us! He came at the perfect time, was very kind, showed us the exact glass he was installing before getting started, he explained the process, warned me he was getting ready to drill and then did the install very efficiently. It was a quick job but he spent time to explain everything and answer all my questions! He even went above and beyond to give his professional vision for our other bathroom. We will definitely be using this company again in the future. We hope Mack gets all the recognition and praise, he is a talented and professional worker! Thanks for everything! We’re very excited about our new shower.

I had the rear gutter installed in my house by Carolina Gutter in West Ashley. The first problem was the the gutter from the first story was made to drip onto the second story roof which will cause algae. I had them come back and extend the gutter down to the first story which prevented that problem.The second problem was the installer ran out of the outdoor white coated screws on a band right near the lower door. He promise to return shortly after with the correct ones but never showed up. I shouldn't have paid them because I've been calling for two years and every time they say they're coming and failed to show. Last Monday they were supposed to show again and I said I'm gonna write a review if they don't.To update, the new manager who has been with the company just a few months came out to the to fix the screws when I told him what happened. He promises to make sure there's better customer service in the future.

Had gutters installed on my home back in 2022. They were supposed to install seamless gutters but on one side of the house, they installed a gutter with a seam. It has been leaking at the seam now for 2 yrs. I called them, they came out to repair (but charged me) and it is still leaking. They will not return my email request to fix itBTW, the response below from the owner is BS, I never mention going with "someone else". They did the work and I wanted it repaired so why would I go with someone else?

Davis did our installation and could not have been more professional. He communicated the work very well and bounced ideas off of me to make sure what he was doing was what we expected. Highly recommend Davis!

This is your sign - do not use this company for anything they claim to do. They give quotes on jobs they are not competent enough to deliver on and will waste your time not only with estimates but also waiting for them to arrive. After taking a deposit and being on the schedule for weeks, they said they couldn’t do the job as quoted, leaving me with no real choice but to move forward. They were consistently an hour and a half or more late, and not once were they even close to on time.To make matters worse, they broke several long tube lights and a flower pot in my garage during installation and didn’t even bother cleaning up the broken glass.It would have been one star if it wasn’t for Gigi, the sweet lady behind the phones who really knows what she’s doing. Other than her, this is a poorly run company with sorry employees. Do not use them.
