OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF HILTON HEAD

Wall garage door button was broken. Everything else worked fine.From what I understand, the guy showed up and said he has to install a new door because of modern sensors/code.Got this mess instead of a broken button $900 later.6yo knows where the button was. He liked to press it. It was basically a run your hand across the wall till you hit it kinda thing.Buttons are cheap. Recommendations are valuable.

Wonderful work Aiden. He showed up within the timeframe specified and commenced to working. Thank you for lubing the overhead door. It’s so much quieter now. Highly recommend this company.

They installed our garage door and 4 years later, the installation proves their quality. Spring has broken, rod is bowed, wood is cracked completely….. they only offer a 1 year warranty (90% of other door companies in Charleston offers lifetime warranty on their materials) 2 other companies that I have hired to look at it tell me that it was completely installed incorrectly yet they refuse to accept their work. Have a text message with their sales installer telling me the wood should not have been used but now refuses to admit he did anything wrong. Do NOT do business with.

Fantastic help. Friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Were even able to help us sort out an old Overhead door unit from the late 90s!
