LES PORTES ARARAT

Very disappointed. We have agreed for a garage door service over the phone and agreed on a price. The day came for them to come and Dor Docteur shows up instead of Ararat doors. Turns out they resold the job to Door Doctor who charged me 50% more than the price agreed with Ararat. Never dealing with this company again.

the service was quick and profesional but I want to share some bad experience that I had with them. the customer service was very angry and quick tempered and even sarcastic.I rarely see such aggressive behaviour in customer service so far !when job is done , technician took the old door opener ( which was working) without telling us.honestly I didn't want it but taking it without even ask us that is something unacceptable ! also, I couldn't find packing of new door opener which is odd. I personally would rather see the boxing of new opener to make sure everything is brand new !

Very bad experience to date with Portes Ararat. Despite calling them 5 times for a quote, I never received the promised callback from a sales representative. Each follow-up was met with apologies and empty assurances. After my 5th attempt, they finally mentioned they would call back but not before 3 business days had passed. This delay raises serious concerns for me about their responsiveness and service quality. If it takes this long to simply get a call back for a quote, I can only imagine the potential complications in actual service delivery. I'm giving 1 star because it's the lowest possible rating, but this experience has been deeply unsatisfactory.

Very professional service! From the main contact Josie to the 2 gentlemen that picked up and delivering the updated door, the experience was only very positive. All were knowledgeable, kind, respectful and patient. Would’ve definitely utilize their services again.Marisa

I was looking for a new garage door with the passage door in it. There are only few companies who does that. I am very happy with my new door. The installation took only 3 hours including new garage motor. I very much recommend les portes ararat.
