I am a repeat customer who called to have a door replaced and was told they don’t do calls in my zip code. I tried to explain my location as well as the fact that they were literally declining my business. I don’t get it. All I wanted to do was give my business to a company that had been so good to me in the past.

Called for a residential door repair and was taken care of the same day , great service and price of repair was right where I thought it would be

I had a spring break on my garage door. Repair person was out the next day. Went the extra mile and greased the tracks on both doors! Final bill was less than the estimate quoted! The repair person (Bob) was fast, friendly, and went over and above. Would highly recommend Ben Druck!

No recordings, “Your call is important to us” blah blah blah “leave a message.” In this case, my early morning inquiry on their website resulted in a courteous phone call from Ashley and BEFORE regular hours to schedule repair service. The tech, Bob, arrived on time and solved our problem. We recognized him as the same person who provided service at my mother’s home several years ago. Nice to do business with good people and familiar faces. My sincere compliments to everyone at Ben Druck Door Company.

Had Ben Druck Door install a new garage door, Operator, and flashing for us. The employee who installed our door was very professional and everything was installed quickly and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their garage door.
